Blue Gate Capital is a private money lender focused on servicing Real Estate Investors by providing fast and low-cost capital for investment properties and projects. Blue Gate Capital : www.bluegatecap.com. BGC is a National Private Hard Money Lender aka Commercial Real Estate Lending (B2B). The term "Hard" referencing that real estate is a "hard "Asset as collateral.
We are looking to hire Entry Level Sales Associates. This position requires you to perform 3 main functions.
1. Sales: Selling product knowledge, educating the Client on why our loan products are best, and what sets BGC apart. We will provide you some with Warm Leads, Data Sets, as well expect you to be able to prospect Leads via various methods using the internet. Clients / Borrowers who have expressed interest in our loan programs and want to learn more. We just need to get in contact with them and share our knowledge.
2. Basic Deal Underwriting: We are an Asset based lender. We look at key project Ratios, and overall deal economics. We also underwrite the borrower: checking experience, credit, and liquidity. We will teach you.
3. Deal Closing: Preparing All Requested paper work / working with borrower to get to the closing table to get funded.
We are looking for Eager, Dynamic, customer service Orientated sales people.
Most importantly, with our product everyone is a winner; our borrowers come back 99% of the time and become repeat customers. We want to Make Good Loans to Real Estate Investors and Help !
