Vice President of Facilities

Our client, a leading financial advisory firm and investment bank, is seeking a Vice President of Facilities to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5:30/6pm (flexible depending on business needs) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectivesDrive initiatives to enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of facility operationsOversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, and janitorial servicesDevelop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocationEnsure facilities comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standardsOversee relationships with external vendors and service providersSupport capital projects related to facility expansion, renovation, or upgradesQualifications:Bachelor's degree highly preferred5-10+ years of experience in a similar capacityProven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing facilities managementStrong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulationsExcellent budget management and financial analysis skillsDemonstrated experience in strategic planning and executionPrior experience overseeing an office move and buildoutCompensation/Benefits:Up to $140-150K base depending on experience + bonus20 vacation days and 2 personal days Day off for volunteering Small employee contribution to medical benefits 401K match with matchStocked pantry with coffee and snacksCompany issued laptop plus backpack Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
