Facilities Associate

Our client, a leading brand in luxury retail, is seeking a Facilities Associate to join their Long Island City, Queens team. The hours are 8am-4pm and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Provide maintenance support and serve as point of contact for facilities inquiriesClean/mop the office, shred documents, and perform machine maintenanceStock kitchens, wash dishes, and make coffeeArrange catering for meetings/internal eventsTake inventory of suppliesQualifications:1+ year in a facilities related roleStrong communication skills and a "no task big or too small" mentality Capable of lifting and carrying heavy itemsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $58,500 base depending on experience + bonus401K with matchMedical, dental, vision with small employee contribution8 holidays, closed in-between Christmas and new years16 PTO days (sick and vacation)Discount for employeesTransit benefitsQuarterly team building activitiesBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
