We are a leading event planning company in NYC, specializing in high-end, luxury weddings and events. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and tell our brand's story.

The ideal candidate is a social media professional who lives and breathes content creation, is deeply immersed in social trends, and has a strong understanding of how to build and engage an online community. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, producing captivating content, and showcasing our stunning events across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.

- Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish compelling and visually stunning content (photos, videos, stories, reels, etc.) that aligns with our brand aesthetic.

- Community Management: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with followers, clients, and industry partners.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media channels for trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports on social media performance to the senior team.

- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns and collaborations.

- Event Capture: Attend select events to capture high-quality, real-time content for our social media channels.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work. Experience within the luxury wedding or events industry is highly preferred.

- Social & Tech Savvy: You have a deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You are proficient in content creation tools and have a knack for spotting trends.

- Creative and Strategic Thinker: You have a "no-job-too-small" mentality, but you also think on a high-level about how to grow our brand and connect with our target audience.

- Excellent Communicator: You possess exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a positive and personable demeanor that can engage our clients and followers.

- Discretion: You can maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality when working with high-profile clients and events.

- Organized: You're highly organized, able to multitask, and can consistently meet deadlines.

- Bonus Points: You have a solid understanding of the luxury fashion and wedding industries.
