Position Title: Customer Service / Account Manager

Department: Administration

Reports to: Supervisor

Supervises: No one

Hours: 2 hours per day to start with room to grow to full time if it works out

Purpose:

Input data on computer and perform computer filing duties. Maintain accurate and on-time workflow, reports and records relative to all clients and prospects of the business. Assist with tasks such as downloading, printing, emailing, researching, data entry, maintain a calendar as requested and assure all accounts in good standing.

Essential Functions:

Input, maintain detailed customer information in management software

Manage assigned tasks in a timely manner

Be committed to detailed follow through

Schedule appointments through email

Search for leads, pre-qualify all online – just data work

Suggest any tasks, processes, workflows or ideas that can help me be more efficient and effective

Help maintain cleanliness, neatness of online files/folders by creating a consistent system for each client

Create/Maintain tasks/activities for all customers related to renewals and mid-year reviews

Assist with risk management for clients as needed

Create/maintain client birthday list for birthday card mailing

Other Tasks:

Additional tasks can include researching for new prospects and new markets

Email marketing to existing clients and new prospects

Perform any other special duties requested by your supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

STRONG ability to organize days, weeks, months and annual calendar

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, Spanish speaking is a plus.

Basic insurance knowledge of personal and commercial lines is a plus, but not necessary

Willingness to learn and grow in this position

Computer experience and knowledge using Microsoft products.
