Job Posting: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a strong capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Important: I need you to be in person at least one or two days a week.

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and ensure all appointments are up-to-date.

Handle email communications, including drafting responses and sending follow-up emails to clients.

Coordinate and support the organization of events and classes.

Create, edit, and post engaging content on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Regularly update and make alterations to our Squarespace website, including product pages, subscriptions, bios, text updates, and photo refreshes.

Design and manage email campaigns and newsletters via Mailchimp, ensuring high engagement and consistency in communication.

Develop and manage client intake forms and maintain organized records.

Learn and effectively manage our booking and scheduling through MindBody software, or demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.

Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office, with high English proficiency.

Experienced in using social media tools for business engagement (Instagram, TikTok).

Skilled in Canva and Adobe for content creation, and knowledgeable in Squarespace for website management.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing the daily workload.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Self-motivated, independent, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Educational qualification: High School diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administrative services or relevant fields is a plus.
