Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Holliswood, Queens, NY
Our mid-sized Real Estate Property Management firm is seeking a dedicated and highly-skilled Administrative Assistant to join our smoke-free office in Holliswood, Queens.
Responsibilities:
Manage and track information efficiently
Provide comprehensive office management and clerical support
Prepare written communications professionally
Create and maintain information management spreadsheets
Handle and direct phone inquiries from residents, contractors, agencies, etc.
Assist the senior account executive with various tasks
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Quick learner with the ability to master new computer programs
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently
Strong team player with a motivated and proactive attitude
