Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound high-volume calls, providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling for staff and clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
Assist the office manager with day-to-day office tasks.
Assist with any administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
Help manage office email communication and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Previous office experience is required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
