We are a small business located in Island Park, NY, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Filing and organizing documents
Basic administrative tasks and office support
Paying bills and handling simple transactions
Light bookkeeping and data entry
Assisting with other office duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
