Tech-savvy, organized self-starter who can work independently on-site. Quick to learn new tools, comfortable juggling calendars, emails, receipts, and basic office upkeep.
KEY TASKS:
- Scan & upload daily receipts to Dropbox
- Keep job calendar and customer appointments current
- Email clients with confirmations & status updates
- Download and file job-site photos, notes, and docs
- Source materials: request quotes, compare vendors, place orders
- Create simple proposals/invoices and collect payments in our software
- Monitor & restock basic office supplies
MUST-HAVES:
Proficiency with Dropbox, email, online calendars, and Apple computers
Strong written communication and follow-through
Organized and can keep track of others without being overwhelmed
Ability to learn software quickly without training.
Must be tech-savvy
Critical thinking is essential
