Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job description to include but not limited to the following:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 - 4:00 (4 days a week) with flexible day off
Greet Clients & Control / Answer multiple phone lines.
Dispatch technicians TO service calls, timely & accurately. (knowledge of 5 /boros and maps)
Track & Maintain Technicians job production for billing accuracy.
Set-up new clients, maintain company files & log books.
Client billing: Invoice, generate monthly statements & generate/maintain purchase order request.
Administrative duties to support both office & field manager.
Run credit cards, faxing, filing
