Responsibilities:

Experience with filing cases for rent collection and evictions.

Managing employees and contractors for home renovations and repairs.

Strong computer skills and knowledge of property management.

Organizing data for tax filing and screening rental applicants.

Running ads for tenants, tracking and paying bills, and maintaining rental income records.

Showing vacant units for rent, coordinating contractors, and inspecting units to maintain quality standards.

Ordering and purchasing materials for workers, with limited knowledge of the stock market.

Interviewing and recommending employees.

Requirements:

Decisive, thorough, and highly organized.

Quick learner and self-starter.

Excellent communicator with flexibility to handle additional administrative tasks.

Detail-oriented individual committed to providing top-notch customer service.

Proficient in creative problem-solving and exemplary customer service.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple systems with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete duties successfully.

Attention to detail and high organizational skills.

Pleasant and positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with clients, lenders, and vendors.
