Flexible Commercial Kitchen operation looking for part time office administrator who is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite. Candidate must possess great organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of spreadsheets via Excel, Word. Knowledge of the food industry a plus. Position is expected to grow to full time. Opportunity for growth and promotion for the right candidate within this growing company. In this role the qualified candidate would be responsible for but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable (Invoices and Billing)
Accounts Payable
Certificates of Insurance
Maintaining spreadsheets
Banking (Deposits)
Maintaining accurate records
As well as other administrative tasks
Collecting payroll hours and sending to payroll company
