PART TIME OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT WANTED AT REAL ESTATE OFFICE
We are a small Real Estate Management Company that also does some Art & Non-Profit work as well.
Looking for 1-2 part time Office Admin Assistants to help organize and maintain the office.
TASKS:
- Basic office filing, admin, opening and organizing mail,
- Basic bookkeeping, depositing checks, paying bills, etc.
- Writing and editing emails and letters, communicating with tenants
- Data Entry, scanning, making copies,
- Help organize the office in general
- Help with simple maintenance tasks
- Run errands
- Assist the Senior Staff Members in general
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6-12 months experience in an Office Environment needed
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, etc.
- Good Character:
Patient, Reliable, Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Attention to Detail, Flexible, Positive, Good Communicator
PLUSES:
- Background in Office Admin / Bookkeeping / Real Estate / Sales / Marketing / Organizational / IT Skills
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for someone to come work in the office part-time, Mon - Fri, 10am-2pm.
If that works out, then if you would like more hours, we can discuss that.
We are also somewhat flexible so can work with your schedule if needed.
COMPENSATION:
- Depends on Experience
Starts around $20 per hour
No W2, it would be as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
