Join Our Team as an Office Administrator/Assistant!
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Assistant to manage payroll, spreadsheets, bill payments, and financial and sales analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Create and maintain spreadsheets.
Handle bill payments promptly.
Conduct financial and sales analysis.
Oversee daily office operations.
DAILY REPORTS: Your first task is to send a to-do list to your direct manager, and your final task of the day is to send a list of tasks completed during your shift.
Qualifications:
Experience in office administration.
Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
