Facilities Coordinator

Our client, a infrastructure fund manager, is seeking a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their NYC team! The role will start asap and last a minimum of 3 months. The hours are 8am-5pm and they are in the office 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Oversee facilities management for two floors with 5 kitchens between themStock fridges, pantries, and printers; order/receive cateringServe as point of contact for repairs; meet/greet vendor; review invoices ensure items are correctReceive deliveries and distribute to appropriate area; manage Fed/Ex and mailSchedule/receive Fresh direct and Amazon deliveriesLiaise with building management and various vendorsQualifications:Corporate office experience required, preferably in a support/facilities capacityAmbitious and diligent team player with a "no task too big or too small" mentalityCapable of lifting up to 25 lbsStrong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and take initiativeHourly rate:$25-28/hr DOE Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
