About The Role:
H&L Electric is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant. This position will work under one of the owners of the company. The candidate will be responsible to assist with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Manage open tasks of projects, document handling, following up on open items, putting together a daily calendar for the owner, being proactive to guide the owner through his day and what he has to do.
Will be 2-3 days week.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required. (Knowledge of RFI, Submittals, PO, Proposals, Procore, AIA Requisitions etc)
Past experience as an Executive assistant is not required but preferred .
Ideal candidate will be quick learner who wants to take charge of tasks.
Must have EXCELLENT computer skills, in Word, Excel, power point, navigating Windows file structure, Outlook or Gmail.
The candidate should be positive, energetic, and be able to communicate with C Suite level of clients.
This is an in office position. Office is located in Long Island City. Blocks away from multiple subway train.
Role is work related, not a personal assistant.
