Job Title: Towing Dispatcher
Location: Staten Island
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers requesting towing services.
- Dispatch towing drivers to locations efficiently and accurately, using GPS and company software.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to drivers to ensure timely responses.
- Track and monitor the status of active calls, ensuring all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs and job details.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with using dispatch software or similar systems (training provided).
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work varying shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).
- No prior towing experience required; however, a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with local streets and routes is a bonus.
