Our client, a multi-practice law firm, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their NYC team. The hours are 9/9:30am-6pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong administrative foundation to take on more projects in an expanded capacity. Responsibilities:Work with the Managing Partners and Director of Finance on all firm operationsManage the recruiting and new hire process for attorneys and staffCreate and manage firm policies; help with benefits and payrollAssist with event planning both internally and externallyManage inventory and suppliesLiaise with building management, vendors, and ITQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required7-8+ years in a similar role Efficient self-starter with experience working in a smaller environmentCompensation/Benefits:Up to $100-150K base depending on experience + bonusHealthcare with employee contribution401K2 weeks PTOBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
