Developer - Investor in Real Estate- seeks Proven Administrative Assistant-

Compensation: Flexible- When sending resume state hourly year compensation

Employment Type: Part-time, 3 - Maybe 4 days a week, in-person, not hybrid. Monday, Tuesday , Thursday. Wednesday potentially in the field. Making it then a four - 4- day a week job.

A Real Estate Developer/ Owner and Investor is seeking an executive to manage all business matters related to legal, accounting, real estate operations.

This role is with an established Owner looking for a long-term employee. This position does NOT offer hybrid work arrangements. 401K and Health Benefits

Requirements:

Excellent writing and communication skills

Efficient time management

Self-starter with initiative

Knowledge of all accounting matters, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience

Strong organizational skills

Ability to execute necessary daily tasks with minimal oversight.

Positive attitude- Polish / Russian oral communications helpful.

A self starter who is DISCIPLINED and is able to work INDEPENDENTLY.
