Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Manufacturing Environment)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented entry level candidate to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process by updating schedules, submitting requisitions, and planning orders. Overall, the role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and setup of production equipment and materials.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient production operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of production supplies.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and documentation.
Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Organize and maintain production areas.
Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed.
Contribute to the development and improvement of production processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant vocational training is preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or administrative role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with manufacturing software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cost analysis and contract management.
Familiarity with Lean or Just-in-Time inventory systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
