1. Serves as a point of contact for tenants, building managers and superintendents to guarantee that all building or tenant-related repairs are signed off.
2. Assess the urgency of tenant needs and prioritize calls appropriately, ensuring that critical issues are escalated to the relevant team members or departments.
3. Make work orders and follow up with the vendors while providing tenant support and maintaining records.
4. Take out additional tasks as required or assigned.
5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH.
