Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
We are looking for a motivated and organized office assistant to help us grow! You will be working closely with our Accounting Department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Financial reporting
Reconciling accounts
Manage budgets and cash flows
Preparing and entering invoices, bills, checks etc.
Filing / Scanning
Pick up and drop packages
Create Reports for Accounting Department and update daily
Deposit Checks
Answer phones and greet visitors
Collate and distribute mail
Keep Office Paperwork Organized
Assist with Day to Day duties
Skills/Requirements
MUST be fluent in Spanish (Must be able to write emails and letters in Spanish)
- Must have communications, organization and accounting skills
- Have knowledge on how to operate Quickbooks/bookkeeping
- Accountant abilities/must know how to work with reports and numbers
- High level of attention to detail
-Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
This position is a Full-Time office job, days of work is from Monday to Friday. This is not a remote position.
