Luxury brand located in Jamesburg, NJ and Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Client Relations Center Manager to support one of the firm's Partners. This position will start ASAP, require 2-3 days in the NJ office. Hours 9:00am-6:00pm, availability for OT and weekends as needed.Responsibilities: Manage and support the Client Relations Center team in daily responsibilities including, but not limited to: coaching and tracking team productivity, reviewing and evaluating Coordinator phone and email interactions for quality assurance, supporting Coordinators in answering phone and email inquiries, placing orders, resolving FedEx delivery issues, and answering voicemails as neededEnsure all client requests are handled in a timely manner.Demonstrate and implement product knowledge, policies, and procedures.Resolve eCommerce and store client escalations.Manage Client Relations Center Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure all daily responsibilities are being met and schedule regular touch bases.Support in writing and delivering onboarding and annual performance reviews for team.Manage appropriate talent bank and fill positions with high quality candidateContinue to develop analytical and leadership skills with ongoing trainingsFlexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including extended holiday hours during designated periods throughout the yearQualifications: 3+ years of experience, in similar call center and/or customer service environmentSaturday & Sunday availability requiredManagement experience requiredStrong ability to exercise appropriate judgementProven excellence at communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to multitaskStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordPrevious call center and/or customer service team experience preferredKnowledge of French is helpfulCompensation/Benefits: Up to $120k DOEMedical, dental, and vision401kGenerous vacation timeBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
