Boutique Private Equity firm is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Receptionist to act as one of two first points of contact upon office entry and assist the Office Manager with administrative functions. This position will start ASAP, requiring 5 days / week in the office. Hours are 9am-6pm with Paid OT. Responsibilities:Meet and greet office visitors, escort them as neededAnswer phones and direct calls appropriatelyHandle incoming / outgoing mailSet up conference rooms pre and post meetings, keeping neat and tidyManage conference room bookingsOrder catering for meetingsPrint and bind documents in preparation of meetingsProvide support to Office Manager with administrative dutiesPerform ad-hoc administrative tasks as neededAct as an Assistant as needed, including running errands or other miscellaneous tasksQualifications:1+ years of corporate administrative experienceProficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong written / verbal communication skills Flexible team player with a positive attitudeCompensation/Benefits:65-70K DOE (with paid OT, total comp up to 70K) Health benefits and 401K offering when permVacation / sick daysDaily lunch credit through SeamlessBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
