Asset management firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a long-term temporary Part Time Administrative Receptionist for an open-ended assignment. The start for this role will be ASAP. This role is in office 3 days/week, Tuesday thru Thursday, for at least a 6 month commitment. Must be flexible to take on more days if need be. Hours are typically 8am - 5pm with flexibility to come in earlier or stay later. Hourly rate up to $25/hr DOE.Responsibilities:Meet and greet guests upon arrival, answer phones, retrieve and send mail (USPS,UPS,Fedex)Arrange all meeting logistics for NYC meetings (4 meeting rooms/calendars) which includes IT coordination and cateringOrder and maintain office supplies for the entire office (including kitchen supplies)Manage and maintain tidiness of office, meeting rooms and kitchenManage invoices, expenses and vendor accountsComply with building security requirements for new guests and vendorsManage and trouble-shoot office equipment (binding, printing, desktops)Provide ad-hoc administrative support to colleagues in the office including Executive Team and Sales and Services teamsProvide back up support for eventsAssist in printing, binding and mailing books for the Sales and Service teamsAssist with travel arrangements and expenses for the Sales and Services teamsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with other teamsRespond to ad-hoc requests and projects as needed Experience:Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrentlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; accuracy and attention to detail is keyProactive hands-on attitude and ability to problem solve Bachelor's/Associate's degree a plusExperience within a financial services organization a plusBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
