CASE MANAGER $43,000 - $50,000+ Benefits
- High School Diploma or equivalency and 2+ years of case management experience, OR
- Associate Degree with One-Two (1-2) years of case management experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least One (1) year of case management experience.
- Responsible for aiding clients requiring social service assistance. In collaboration with clients, interview and evaluate clients and formulate Independent Living Plans
ADDICTION COUNSELOR - $43,000 - $59,000/hr + Benefits
An integral member of the clinical team and serves as the primary counselor to a caseload of substance use disorder patients.
CASAC T certification
- BS/Human Services or related field; OR MS Degree in Human Services or related field OR HSD/GED + 5 years relevant experience.
- At least One 4 years of related experience working with clients with Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
- Knowledge and/or training in Trauma Informed Care and various organizational treatments.
- Knowledge of and experience working with persons with co-occurring disorders.
