Candle Company Seeks Production and Post-Production Associates

We are seeking Post-Production Assistants. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 40 hours/week.

You will be working in our Production and Post-Production Team to clean, label, and pack our candles and occasionally with our Fulfillment Team to ship out e-commerce or wholesale orders.

The ideal teammate will have attention to small details and is able to perform repetitive tasks at an acceptable pace and maintain quality. The job is rewarding, but also requires a lot of manual labor, so these individuals should be able to stand on their feet 8 hours per day, lift 50 lb boxes throughout the day, and work with their hands. If you enjoy getting things done with a fun group of people, this may be the job for you!

Production and Post-Production Responsibilities may include:

Loading the wax melter with wax

Wicking and preparing candles for pouring

Cleaning and labeling candles by hand and with a machine applicator

Following a QA checklist for finished goods

Packing and palletizing final products in accordance to retailer standards (e.g., certain barcodes, case packs, pallet requirements)

Stocking inventory

Cleaning up studio

Shipping e-commerce orders

Previous production experience is not required, however experience in food preparation, service industry, or other manual labor positions is ideal

BONUS POINTS

Previous experience in manufacturing or production, with an eye for detail and quality control.

Previous experience operating simple equipment or another mechanical background
