We’re looking for a pottery operations manager to join our team and lead pottery operations.
You must be:
- Have 3 years experience in a pottery studio
- Experience trimming, glazing, packing and unpacking kilns
- Experience designing kiln schedules to meet production timelines
- Comfortable managing a team of 3-5 pot techs
- Reliable
- Quick on your feet, enjoy the hustle
- Happy to be here, easy to work with
- Able to carry 50 lbs
- Open to feedback and direction
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
