We are located on the Upper West Side at an Express Subway stop.
The requirements include
5 years of post degree work experience
Software fluency of basic office programs
Be able to write concisely and quickly.
Being able to reporting accomplishments.
Able to work 30 - 35 hours per week.
Excellent writing skills and able to show a writing sample
Responsibiliities
A daily in office presence of 30+ hours per week
Act as a point of contact for Customers and Vendors, Graphic Artists etc
Be friendly and helpful to employees, customers, consultants etc.
Communicate in friendly and concise manner.
Manage client database and communicate
Demonstrate good judgement in planning and tracking tasks
Be able to organize processes and data-and our disorganized office.
