Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about pop culture and cookies? Funny Face Bakery, a creative bakery known for its playful and beautifully decorated cookies, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a dual role as an Inventory Management Specialist and Customer Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management Specialist:

Monitor sales data and inventory levels to anticipate demand and adjust stock accordingly.

Coordinate with production and storefront teams to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely replenishment.

Manage and optimize the inventory system for our decorated cookies

Forecast inventory needs for upcoming holidays, planning and coordinating production schedules in advance.

Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies.

Analyze past sales data to make informed adjustments to inventory quantities and distribution.

Develop and present inventory strategy plans to leadership for key selling periods like holidays.

Coordinate with stores and production.

Customer Service Coordinator:

Answer and manage incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries, taking orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Oversee direct-to-consumer email communications and order management to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Coordinate order pickups and deliveries for both commercial and D2C clients.

Assist with order packing during peak seasons to ensure timely fulfillment.

Research and identify potential corporate contacts for partnership and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.

Previous experience in customer service or order management is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.

Proficiency in Google Suite and inventory management software.

Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and drive results.

Passion for pop culture and cookies is a must!
