A small but busy international family law office in New York is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable remote assistant. We work with clients and attorneys around the world, and we value professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly touch in all interactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and routing calls in a professional manner
Scheduling meetings and keeping our calendar organized
Editing and formatting legal documents
Maintaining organized digital files and tracking deadlines
Day-to-day website maintenance
Updating blog posts and social media accounts
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong communication skills (phone and email)
Possesses excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Is comfortable using Word/Google Docs, email, and scheduling tools
Can respond to urgent needs over the weekend if required
(Bonus) Has prior experience in legal or administrative support
