Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Busy NYC Personal Injury law firm seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation paralegal with at least two years of experience handling Personal Injury cases.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have experience setting up new Bodily Injury claims, file No-Fault applications, UM applications, NF IME's, requesting and following up on all medical records, process settlement packages, processing loss wages, dealing with property damage claims, etc
- Comply with requests from insurance carriers
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Heavy client contact
- You should possess a calm and professional demeanor and be very comfortable on the phones.
- Ability to break down files and assemble documents for litigation
- Copy, scan and file
- Perform other work-related duties, as may be assigned
Associate Degree of higher.
Spanish is a big plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year; bonuses
