Downtown law firm seeks a full-time litigation paralegal with 3-5 years' experience.
Must be fully familiar with NYSCEF, Pacer, MS Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook. Knowledge of NJ Courts and arbitration platforms are a plus.
Skills required: ability to work independently, excellent time management, be well organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include: Medical records review/summaries, maintaining firm calendar, drafting/editing correspondence, discovery documents, document production, E-filing including motions, etc.
Salary package ranges from $52,000 - $64,000 depending on experience.
Position is IN-PERSON. References will be requested. Must have been at same firm for a minimum of 2 years.
