Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Attorney/Paralegal/Title Closer to join our team and specialize in closing deals for foreclosure homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, title examination, and closing procedures, with specific experience in handling foreclosed properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in facilitating the transfer of ownership of distressed properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough title examinations to identify any liens, encumbrances, or other title defects that may affect the sale of foreclosure properties.
Prepare and review legal documents, including deeds, affidavits, and title insurance policies, necessary for the transfer of ownership.
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure all parties have the necessary documentation and information for the closing process.
Conduct research on property records, ownership history, and legal documents to verify the accuracy of information and address any potential issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other involved parties to provide updates on the status of closings and address any questions or concerns.
Facilitate the closing process by overseeing the signing of documents, collecting and disbursing funds, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly executed and recorded.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the closing process.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the title examination or closing process in a timely and efficient manner.

FRIDAY: 10AM-2PM
