We are currently seeking four motivated and skilled Tree Trimmers and Lawn Care Specialists to join our growing team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Tree Trimming: Safely trim and shape trees to improve health and appearance while ensuring safety and clearance from structures and power lines.
Tree Removals: Execute safe and efficient removal of trees, including felling, cutting, and disposing of tree debris.
Tree Pruning: Prune trees and shrubs to maintain optimal health and aesthetics, focusing on removing dead or diseased branches.
Lawn Clean Ups: Perform comprehensive lawn clean-ups, including leaf removal, debris collection, and overall lawn tidiness to enhance curb appeal.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain tree trimming and lawn care equipment, including chainsaws, pruners, chippers, and mowers.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and clients.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tree trimming, tree removals, and lawn care.
Knowledge of tree species and proper pruning techniques.
Proficiency in operating tree care and lawn maintenance equipment.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in tree care.
Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
