Job Description: Responsibilities:
● Tree Climbing: Safely climb trees using proper techniques and equipment to access and work on tree canopies for trimming, pruning, and removal tasks.
● Tree Trimming: Trim and shape trees to enhance health and aesthetics while ensuring clearance from structures and power lines.
● Tree Removals: Safely and efficiently remove trees, including felling, cutting, and disposing of tree debris, with a focus on minimizing risk and damage.
● Tree Pruning: Prune trees and shrubs to promote optimal health and appearance, removing dead or diseased branches and shaping the growth.
● Lawn Clean Ups: Perform comprehensive lawn clean-ups, including leaf removal, debris collection, and overall lawn tidiness to enhance curb appeal.
● Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain tree climbing gear, trimming tools, and lawn care equipment, such as chainsaws, pruners, chippers, and mowers.
● Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and clients.
● Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a tree climber with knowledge of safe climbing techniques and equipment.
● Expertise in tree climbing,tree trimming, tree removals, and tree pruning.
● Proficiency in operating tree care and lawn maintenance equipment.
● Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in tree care.
● Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
