Are you ready to be part of a family-owned construction machinery rental and sales dealer? Located in Brewster, NY, we’ve been providing rental excavators, hydraulic rock hammers, and service for nearly 40 years. As we start to build out our digital presence and settle into a new warehouse, we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and wants to grow with us in our Parts and Equipment Department.

Position: Parts and Equipment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Help us keep our parts clean and organized to ensure we always know what we have on hand.

Order Fulfillment: Carefully pull and pack part orders for our valued customers. (Ship UPS, FedEx, Freight Truck)

Warehouse & Outdoor Space Maintenance: Assist in keeping our workspace, both indoors and out, clean, tidy, and safe. With daily sweeping, organizing, and cleaning.

Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, touching up paint, and organizing our rental equipment, including excavators. This also includes checking in and checking out equipment for rental, inspecting fuel levels, and taking photos prior to and after transfer.

What We're Looking For:

Positive Attitude: A friendly, can-do mindset with a willingness to help out wherever needed.

Physical Ability: Comfort with lifting heavier items (up to 35 lbs. or more). Climbing up and down on excavators on a gravel surface.

Work Environment: The role involves working both inside the warehouse and outside in the equipment gravel yard.

Willingness to Learn: We’ll provide in-house forklift training and certification. Prior experience is a plus.

No Smoking/No Drugs/No Vaping: We’re committed to strictly maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.

Must Be Okay with Dogs: We have an office Labrador Retriever who we consider an important part of our team, so comfort around dogs is important.

Compensation: Start $20–$25 an hour: Compensation based on qualifications and experience, with adjustments made accordingly.

What You Bring:

Experience: Prior work experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong commitment to your role are essential to our team’s success.

Work Ethic: Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach are key.

If you’re looking for a place where your hard work is truly valued and where you can grow along with the business, we’d love to hear from you!
