Qualifications
Ability to work in dusty environments and on uneven terrain
Capability to work in tight or high spaces, such as scaffolding and crawlspaces
Willingness to follow directions and perform tasks as required
Possession of basic carpentry tools (e.g., belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30’ measuring tape, cordless drill and bit holder, gloves, hammer)
Basic understanding of job site organization and construction practices
Positive attitude, self-awareness, and consideration for others
Basic knowledge of safety and health procedures (ongoing safety training provided)

Responsibilities
Clean up the site, load/unload materials weighing 50 lbs or more, install property protection, and organize tools and materials
Assist with sitework, including tasks like digging trenches
Work in an organized manner and take accountability for your work
Communicate ideas and information clearly; be inquisitive and resourceful
Work safely and ensure the safety of teammates
Assist in maintaining job site security, ensuring the safety of all personnel, tools, and materials
Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on site location (must provide a clean motor vehicle report prior to approval)
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
