Job Description:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople and site supervisors to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and setting up temporary structures like scaffolding.
Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are moved safely to the appropriate locations.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various construction equipment and tools, ensuring they are used correctly and safely.
Excavation: Dig trenches for foundations, drainage, and utility lines using hand tools and machinery.
Safety Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, keeping the site clean and organized, and reporting any safety issues.
Support Tasks: Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
