Looking for female caregivers to care for 82 year old bedridden woman in Astoria. This work would occur during the day and some evenings as needed. What she needs is a diaper change, a sponge bath once a week and running errands. Day shift are 5 hour long $20 an hour, starting at 8am to 1pm, with some overtime available. An evening and weekend shift may be available for a different person.
The position is for immediate hire.
Must speak passable English.
Any experience taking care of the elderly is acceptable (much of this can be taught)
Some physical strength.
Ability to show up on time.
