JOB DESCRIPTION
Alexes Hazen MD PLLC is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector who holds a Nurse Practitioner license. The right candidate will be a skilled cosmetic injector of Botox and dermal fillers, administer peels and perform Morpheus 8 or other laser procedures. Experience with laser technologies is a huge bonus but not required. Candidates will also see pre and post op patients and hair rejuvenation patients. Candidates must have outstanding customer service, sales, and marketing skills, as well as the knowledge to educate and guide patients about skincare and products.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, knowledgeable care tailored to the unique needs of transgender patients.
Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Conduct pre-operative assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and pre-op instructions for surgical patients.
Provide post-operative care, including wound assessments, removal of sutures, and monitoring for complications.
Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress, address any concerns, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of aesthetic experience.
Must hold a valid New York Nurse Practitioner license.
Prior experience in aesthetic medicine and working with transgender patients is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide clear explanations of treatments.
