We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, promote health and wellness, and provide patient education.
```Duties:```
- Conduct physical examinations and obtain medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Manage acute pain and provide pain management interventions
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
```Experience:```
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of [New York]/ BC
- New Grad Welcome! Creole speaking a bonus!
- Proficient in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses
- Experience in primary care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., MDland)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
