We are looking for a dedicated and talented Working Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in creating outstanding menus, delivering high-quality dishes, and effectively managing food costs. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and train a team, alongside expertise in purchasing and inventory management.
The chef will be responsible for daily preparation, setup, and service execution. Working hours are Wednesday to Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 10 PM. With a small team and a streamlined menu, maintaining efficiency and consistency is essential. Formal culinary training is highly valued.
