Cafe Usagi is a Japanese gallery café opened 9 years ago in Dumbo, Brooklyn. More than just an art gallery or a cafe, Usagi offers the optimal environment for cross-disciplinary creativity and inspiration by integrating dining, art, and retail.
Usagi embodies modern Japanese aesthetic, which favors functional beauty, understated colors, and natural materials. We apply these principles to every object we introduce to our visitors.
Food license and experience of 3 years of kitchen work are a must. Schedule is for Saturday and Sunday only. From 10am till 3pm.
34 times of training is given at weekday. NYS Health handler certificate is required. If you want in, send us your resume. Compensation: Depends on Experience + tips
