The Gutter (Location) is hiring for all floor positions: Barbacks, Shoe Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders.
Shoe Host: This is a great job for anyone looking for part time work in a chill environment with chill people. If you love it, there is also an opportunity for advancement. ($16 per hour.)
Barback: Our barbacks support both bar and floor operations. They also assist the floor managers as needed. Energy and hustle will get you recognized and considered for promotion. (Base Pay + Tips)
Servers should have a minimum of 2 years experience working the floor at large volume locations. Our space is large, and we are looking for hustle. (Base Pay + Tips)
Bartenders need to have 3+ years experience in high volume settings. We are looking for people who know how to do their job, do their job exceptionally well, and are engaging. (Base Pay + Tips)
