Host Responsibilities-
Standing for extended periods of a time at the door
Greeting Customers
Getting acquainted with Resy and seating people at their reserved tables
Accommodating walk-ins as well as reservations
Helping bigger parties find their tables
Help keep the floor looking gorgeous
Some light bussing and wiping down of tables during rush hours
Server Responsibilities- please have experience
Able to multi-task and handle multiple tables at a time
Capable of carrying full trays and comfortable with martini glasses and wine service
Well-versed in classic cocktails and willing to learn our menu and offerings extensively
Able to recommend and up-sell different liquors
Quick on their feet
Attention to detail
Continuously looking for ways to be prepared
Able to anticipate guest’s needs and stay a step ahead
Aware of space and able to navigate a busy floor effortlessly
Comfortable communicating in loud environments
Able to be a part of a team and stay informed and in communication
Always looking for ways to enhance the experience of guests and willing to go above and beyond
Bartender Responsibilities- please have 3+ years NYC experience
Solid working knowledge of classics and new cocktails
Enjoys talking with customers and gifting a beautiful full bar experience
Jiggering is now second nature to you
Capable of keeping your bar area clean and in constant working order
Comfortable handling large groups and occasionally working alone
Able to communicate with fellow bartenders as well as keep bar-back aware of any help you may need
Comfortable in loud environments and comfortable managing a busy bar and multiple parties at once
Calm under pressure
Enjoys crafting classic cocktails and excited to be part of a team pushing new and exciting beverages
Responsible and able to take accountability- for money, sales, inebriating adults
