Position: Team Associate
Restaurant Type: Taiwanese-Inspired Asian Fusion Fast Food
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining food quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
A passion for Asian cuisine, particularly Taiwanese flavors and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
