Sous Chef Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Oversee food safety and cleanliness standards
Support with menu development and execution
Requirements: 3 +years of experience in a leadership kitchen role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety
Cold Station Line Cook
Prepare and plate salads, cold appetizers, desserts, and other cold station menu items
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during high-volume shifts Requirements:
Prior line cook or prep experience preferred
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for fresh, beautiful platin
