Experienced cold station cook needed for Senza Gluten, an Italian Gluten-Free Restaurant in Greenwich Village.
Our entire restaurant is completely gluten-free so familiarity with gluten-free food, celiac disease, and food allergies is strongly preferred.
Our intimate restaurant in the heart of Greenwich Village became a favorite place to locals and tourists selling a delicious Italian gluten free meal.
Main responsibilities:
- Following recipes and instructions from shift leads and chefs
- Setting up and breaking down station with necessary supplies
- Preparing dishes and cooking ingredients including cleaning, chopping, and cutting foods
- Maintaining high sanitary and organizational standards
- Comply with all company policies, rules, regulations regarding safety, personal hygiene, operational methods and food safety guidelines.
- Working with speed and a good attitude
